New vacancies exist for 2 non contentious construction solicitors to join one of our legal top 200 clients.

The firm are a leading national law firm who are rapidly expanding and they are seeking non contentious construction solicitors at all levels to be based out of either their Birmingham or Nottingham offices with hybrid and flexible working on offer.

Their award-winning construction and engineering team cover all aspects of the built environment and process plant, from infrastructure to commercial and residential buildings, offices, retail, logistics and production facilities. They have a large team of specialists who are involved in drafting and amending building & engineering contracts including all versions of the JCT suite of contracts, NEC and institutional forms of contract and MF/1 forms of contracts. They also advise on the drafting and amendments of consultant's appointments (industry standard and bespoke), warranties, bonds, guarantees, development & funding agreements, agreement for leases, novation agreements and ancillary project documentation.

You will work for some of the best-known names in the construction and engineering industry, dealing with public and private sector employers, contractors, funds, consultants and sub-contractors.
