The Role:

The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Property Partner to join its state-of-the-art office in the heart of the West End of London.

The Real Estate department is one of the largest departments in the firm.

You will deal with a high-quality caseload, often dealing with HNW clients. The caseload will include but not be limited to; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and lease extensions.

Due to succession planning the firm is seeking to hire a new Partner into their conveyancing department.

On offer are great prospects in line with departmental and firm growth.

  • You will have at least 7 years PQE + in conveyancing (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • You will be able to work unsupervised
  • You should have a good grounding in business development and networking.
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience and background
