Commercial Litigation (2-6 PQE) – Guernsey

Job Details

Highly regarded law firm situated in Guernsey, known for its robust disputes practice, has engaged us in search of exceptional talent to join their expanding team. Specialising in handling intricate, high-profile cases, offering tailored solutions to meet their clients' needs, their offering has evolved with a focus on excellence and innovation.

They are currently seeking an associate to complement their growing disputes and risk team and encourage applications from litigators possessing between 2-6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably from the UK or Ireland. The ideal candidate will thrive in a supportive team environment and will have proven expertise in commercial litigation, particularly in contentious trust, insolvency, financial services regulation, or funds litigation. Previous experience in Guernsey / Channel islands preferred but not absolutely necessary, albeit a desire to be based on island longterm is an important factor.

In return for your hard work and commitment you will benefit from first class training & development, ongoing mentorship and support from senior lawyers, access to (and responsibility for) complex and challenging files in addition to a competitive financial package and enhanced career progression.

For further information we would ask that you send your CV and supporting information in confidence to or apply via this website.
