Contentious Trusts and Probate, NQ – 5yrs+ vacancy

Really exciting opportunity to specialise in this increasingly important area of practice.

This is a chance to join one of the largest, dedicated Contentious Private Client teams nationally, and work in the small, growing team here in their Bristol office.

The work is incredibly varied and interesting, so every day and every case is different. You will gain experience dealing with disputes over wills, financial provision claims, disputes with executors, disputes regarding powers of attorney, contested Court of Protection applications and long-term and elderly care matters. Clients can range from individuals to well-known charities and large financial institutions.

Our client can potentially hire at two slightly different levels and is happy to have a chat with interested lawyers at both levels, either someone approaching qualification or who has just qualified and who is ambitious and driven to develop their career in these areas, or a lawyer who is already building their PQE (perhaps somewhere between 2yrs and 6/7yrs PQE) and already working as part of a strong, specialist Contentious Private Client team.

In either case this is a chance to take a step forward, joining one of the highest regarded teams here in the UK in these specialist areas of work.

Competitive salary, and an excellent broad-ranging benefits package on offer.
