A prestigious international law firm is currently seeking motivated and passionate associates to join its busy Regulatory Group in Dublin.

This team specialises in a wide array of Irish and EU financial regulation and compliance matters, covering areas such as MiFID II, PSD2, e-money, CRD, market abuse, anti-money laundering, financial institution M&A, the Central Bank of Ireland's fitness and probity regime, domestic banking regulation, and data privacy.

Upon joining, you will swiftly integrate into a dynamic team, contributing to the ongoing expansion of the practice in a fast-paced setting. You'll have the chance to engage in diverse projects representing top-tier clients locally and globally. The Regulatory Group boasts a flourishing FinTech practice, offering guidance on innovative business models and products, with a particular focus on licensing, payments regulation, AML, and data privacy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualifications: Our client seeks qualified lawyers at all levels of post-qualification experience, either based in Dublin or considering relocating from abroad.
  • Experience: Prior experience in financial services regulation within a reputable practice is preferred. Regulatory or in-house regulatory experience is also welcomed.
  • Skills: Strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and drafting abilities, solid commercial and business acumen, a composed and methodical approach to problem-solving, capability to work independently and collaboratively, exceptional communication skills, and a demonstrated track record in managing competing priorities and deadlines.
