Highly tiered Legal 500 firm, looking to hire a Company Commercial Solicitor 2-5 years PQE to work side by side with a market leading and 'recommended' Partner. You will gain excellent exposure and be given the opportunity to progress up the ranks.

This opportunity is for a Company Commercial Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to work closely with a leading Partner in a well-established law firm. They have a strong presence in the City and West End, along with other offices in the UK and internationally. Renowned for its Legal 500 ranking and accomplished lawyers, the firm has recently undergone office renovations, reflecting its commitment to excellence and growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

The role is based in the West End, London office, within the firm's busy commercial department. The department has plans for significant expansion, and the ideal candidate should be ambitious and driven to progress within the firm, with potential for future partnership opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:


  • Handling a diverse caseload involving M&A, commercial contracts, restructuring, equity capital raisings, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, private equity, and start-ups.
  • Engaging with a dynamic client base, particularly serving entrepreneurs, SMEs, OMBs, and tech start-ups.
  • Operating across various industry sectors, with a focus on specialist knowledge in Technology, Hospitality, and Media.

  • Requirements:


  • 2-5 years PQE as a Company Commercial Solicitor.
  • Strong technical knowledge in commercial law.
  • Commercially minded with a keen interest in business development and marketing.
