THE ROLE:
There is an excellent opportunity to enhance your experience as an experienced Regulatory Lawyer in a renowned firm on a 6- to 12-month contract basis. The firm offer flexible working conditions, with 2 days working in the office and the rest worked remotely. The successful Regulatory Lawyer will be a key member of this thriving team and will offer effective support towards our client’s business and strategic objectives. Your duties will include providing advice on scope, procedural requirements, evidential considerations, and risk management. In this role, you'll assess applications, monitor compliance, implement policies and procedures, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. As an advisor and decision maker, you must be self-sufficient and comfortable dealing with positive and negative outcomes. As your role will involve dealing with a variety of stakeholders, it is essential that you are confident and passionate about providing the best service.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Regulatory Lawyers who have healthcare regulatory experience and experience working in a similar role spanning at least 3 years. You will have proven experience of case handling as well as the ability to analyse and assess a large quantity of information and collate in an organised manner. You will have a proven track record of decision making and defending against appeals as necessary. To be successful in this role, the appointed legal professional will be able to balance and prioritise their workload, being proactive and eager to immerse yourself in this sector. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, allowing them to quickly become a valuable member of the team.
