Your new role
You will work with a variety of clients within the renewables sector on technologies such as solar, hydro and battery, to name a few. Drafting and negotiating complex arrangements for both the corporate energy team and the clean energy team will be a large part of the position, as well as managing complicating transactions, including advising on disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures and profit share agreements. Day to day, you will work as part of a close and flexible team, working collaboratively with all members on a range of general company law transactions and compliance.


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years post-qualification experience and will currently or have previously worked at a London firm. Experience of managing clean energy M&A deals is crucial to being successful in this position, along with experience in national and international VC, PE and M&A transactions. The successful candidate will have a commercial mindset with a keen interest in business development, understand the clients' needs and be an ambitious and enthusiastic team player.
