Company Secretary, Insurance
A small company secretarial function of an acquisitive group of insurance companies is seeking a Head of Company Secretarial to be based in its Central London headquarters. In this role you will pick up immediate responsibility for the small team, having complete oversight, but you will also be expected to be hands on, supporting one of the entities with attending meetings and minute taking. This is an international role where you will liaise with company secretarial staff within the jurisdictions with various levels of involvement.
This company is looking for someone with leadership qualities who can develop the people on team. You will need to have worked in an insurance company or Lloyds managing agent previously and be familiar with insurance terminology, having sat in on insurance and risk can capital meetings etc. You will need to be tech savvy.
