Funds Associate (3-6 PQE), Cayman Islands
Our clients Tier 1 Cayman funds team provides cutting edge legal services to major investment funds, investment managers, investors and/or providers of fund financing, advising on the legal aspects of setting up, managing and investing across a broad range of fund structures and management entities.
Due to sustained deal flow, they are wanting to hear from Magic Circle calibre lawyers keen to embark on a long-term, fulfilling career in the Cayman Islands.
To be considered, applicants should possess a first class academic pedigree, be admitted to practice in a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction, with between 3-6yrs (on a UK scale) in complex funds / corporate matters developed with a leading law firm in a major onshore or offshore jurisdiction. This post requires significant attention to detail, professionalism, ability to multi-task, and excellent organisational, prioritisation and communications skills.
