Salaries to attract talented professionals + bonus scheme + benefits.

• 1200+ matters in the past 18 months.
• 300+ farming families working with us.
Napthens Rural Team is a centre of excellence, serving the rural and agricultural community in Lancashire, Cumbria, and Merseyside.
We’re looking for a rural property solicitor to continue our growth across the region.
We are sole panel lawyers to the NFU and have a dedicated team of nine specialists who, day in, day out, deliver outstanding support to our rural and farming community: they buy, sell and refinance farms, and advise and legally support our rural clients in such a way that this has made the team a stand-out leader in the region.
We also act for banks and are on panel for a number of those, including Oxbury Bank, HSBC, and Virgin. We have strong relations with the region’s leading land agents, and work closely with tax specialists across the region’s accountancy practices. All the necessary ingredients to deliver first class service.
As a next generation law firm, we are proud of our green credentials and ongoing development of the latest technology to support our team and clients. This has enabled us to provided scripted processes and procedures to mitigate risk, manage transactions and keep clients fully informed.
The rural team is based out of our offices in Blackburn, East Lancashire and Kendal, Cumbria. Perfect locations for the genre of work we service and clients we care for.
About you
You’re ambitious, system-savvy, and understand a property transaction from cradle to grave.
You could be newly qualified or up to six years qualified, will want to be in a close-knit team of like-minded professionals and have a real love for the rural and agricultural scene (some of our lawyers are from farming families themselves).
In addition, you will have a positive attitude to client service which is second-to-none and want to give input on how this team continues to blossom and works with next-generation agricultural lawyers and third-party advisers.
For more information or a confidential conversation about the role, contact Daniel on 07425 797 217.
