Corporate Commercial Solicitor/Senior Solicitor

A fantastic law firm in Hampshire are looking for an experienced Corporate solicitor to join them. The majority of the teams' client base include business owners and their companies. The team handle a wide range of work including M&A, restructurings, drafting agreements, MBOs, as well as drafting various contracts. The successful candidate will be confident in working on matters independently, as well as helping and managing more junior members of the team.

In return, you will be working for a trusted and reputable law firm, who genuinely care about their employees. There will be a clear track for progression in place, and you will be supported with your development and aspirations.

The successful candidate should:
