Our major global offshore law firm client is keenly looking to hire a Senior Associate for its prestigious non-contentious Tier 1 International Private Client & Trusts Practice in the beautiful island of Guernsey. 

The existing team is friendly and collegiate team, totalling 4 lawyers of which 2 are partners and experts in the IPCT field.  The team is known to be very welcoming and supportive, specialising in all aspects of Guernsey trust and private client law and regularly advising trustees, family offices, high net worth individuals and intermediaries on the creation, restructuring and winding up of trusts and a wide scope of cross-jurisdictional fiduciary transactions.

Suitable candidates for the vacancy will be as follows:

• Common law qualified lawyer, admitted in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada;
• From 6 years+ PQE in private client and trust matters from another respected global/national law firm;
• Able and willing to supervise the work of more junior team members;
• Lawyers already based in Jersey or Guernsey would be particularly welcome although those based in the UK (or other common law jurisdictions will also be suitable).
