3-6 PQE Corporate M&A Associates – Elite International Firm in Tokyo – Commonwealth Qualified

Our client is an elite international firm now looking for a strong mid-senior level corporate associate to join their practice in Tokyo.

The firm’s Tokyo Corporate practice acts for both international and domestic Japanese clients on a full range of inbound and outbound investment transactions.  The firm is able to leverage its global coverage to offer clients assistance on all M&A matters as well as employment, competition and finance issues. 

Associates that are eligible to apply for this role will have around 3 to 6 years’ post-qualified experience gained in the Corporate department of a leading international firm and should be qualified in the UK, US or Australia/New Zealand.  Candidates should have also graduated from a leading University with a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent).  In addition, candidates are expected to demonstrate a strong interest and commitment to relocating to Japan.
