Marine Assets & Projects Lawyer 2+ To £££
This leading City firm has a varied non-contentious shipping role acting mainly for owners, operators and major energy companies. You will be advising on all aspects of a ships life from shipbuilding contracts, to financing, ship recycling and everything in between. The team deal with all types of vessels including bulk carriers, container ships, tankers, reefers, cruise ships, yachts, offshore rigs, FSRUs, FPSOs and other floating energy projects as well as supply and support vessels. Strong academics and solid non-contentious shipping experience essential including shipbuilding contracts, ship sale and purchase, financing and charter parties with comfortable working knowledge of BIMCO
