Our client is a leading UK environmental services organisation employing over 10,000 people with a turnover exceeding £1.4bn.

Under new private equity ownership, they are now gearing up for the next phase of ambitious growth through acquisition which will see it double in size over the next few years.

Partnered by one of the world’s leading private equity investors and with further significant targets in the pipeline, they are looking for a Legal Compliance Manager, based at their head office in the Home Counties.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Legal, this is a newly created role operating at the heart of a large and complex organisation.

The main strands of this role will centre around Data Protection, Anti Bribery, Competition and Whistleblowing.

There will be a focus on the privacy of groups including employees, B2B customers and the general public.

The Person

You will need a solid background in Data Protection. The DP work will account for 80% of the work within the role with a variety of other matters falling within your remit.

We are looking for a team player who can take ownership and build relationships across the group and proactively keep the organisation ahead of the compliance curve.
