Our client, one of the leading international law firms, would like to recruit a PSL / Knowledge Lawyer, with at least 5PQE, into its London commercial real estate group – either on a full or part-time basis. This role will involve working alongside another PSL / Knowledge Lawyer and liaising closely with the real estate partners and other fee-earners in the real estate group in what is envisaged to be a broad-ranging PSL / knowledge lawyer, including involvement in training and client-facing activities. This role would suit someone who is looking to move away from the demands of fee-earning in a transactional real estate team into their first knowledge lawyer role. NB. Experience of working on big ticket real estate financing transactions (as part of a more general commercial real estate practice) is important for this role.
