Your new role
You will assist in the development of the London corporate team by taking part in business development, lasing independently and collaboratively with clients and contribute giving advice to large complex case. The majority of the work will consist of private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and outbound and inbound international joint ventures.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years post-qualification experience with a positive attitude to client-facing scenarios. As a large part of the job will be developing business for the firm, an entrepreneurial mindset is crucial for the role.
