Our Client, a Legal 500 and Chambers Ranked firm is looking to strengthen its numbers with the appointment of a Commercial Litigator.

The Team

The Team is one of the largest in the South handling commercial disputes, advising clients from UK and foreign multi-nationals to owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs and other individuals in relation to commercial disputes. It is a highly experienced partner-level team, supported by a very impressive bench of senior associates and associates.

The team is now thriving with work very diverse in nature but key areas are; contract litigation; company and partnership disputes, including shareholder litigation; fraud; insurance; claims for injunctive relief; IT; and Professional negligence.

The Candidate

As the ideal candidate for this role you should be between 1 and 4 years PQE. You should have a good commercial disputes background, coming from a well-regarded law firm with a similar calibre to our client.

As an individual, you should be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude, able to work well independently or as part of a team. You should also have an excellent academic background and be a willing business developer as your role will also include promoting the firm and assisting to grow the property practice.
