Your new role


As part of its strategic plans, this well placed Manchester law firm has an opening for an employment lawyer operating at Legal Director or Partner level to join its successful team. You will handle a respondent caseload, advising a client base that includes a good mix of larger corporates as well as OMBs. This appointment will see you play an important role in helping to grow and develop the department.


What you'll need to succeed


You should be an experienced employment solicitor who is currently a Legal Director or Partner. You will be well connected and should have some client following. You will have good communication skills and have the desire and ability to help mentor more junior colleagues.
