A well-established and highly regarded law firm which successfully combines commercial and private client services. The firm has a directory-rated agricultural practice which advises a high quality client base on the full range of rural and farming property matters. Key areas of focus include sales and disposals of farms, development land agreements and secured lending transactions.

THE ROLE

Succession planning has opened up a ready-made opportunity for an experienced property lawyer to play a key part in the ongoing growth and development of the firm’s agricultural property practice. This a significant appointment and one where there is ample scope and opportunity for career progression through the firm’s structure, whilst being fully supported by the existing team and the partnership as a whole.

YOU

As an experienced non-contentious property lawyer with agricultural property expertise and/or a keen interest in the sector, you will have a passion for what you do and a track record of success. You will enjoy networking and developing/ managing client relationships and have natural leadership ability (or potential). Motivated and ambitious, you are ready for a fresh challenge, where you can develop your skills and progress your career working with like-minded professionals in a refreshingly collegiate and unstuffy culture.
