Procurement & IP Lawyer - Major Projects

Our client is a fast growing company in Abu Dhabi concerned with aviation.

The company is looking to hire a Legal Counsel to be based in Abu Dhabi, and work on procurement matters (non-construction related) and intellectual property. Joining a growing and well respected legal team, the role will focus on a wide array of procurement/commercial contracting and IP matters. Some of the main responsibilities include assisting in the negotiations and drafting of all development and supply (manufacturing) contracts with the some of the largest aviation contractors in the world, managing and assisting with the research and development contracts for the Helicopter programs (R&D contracts), and more.

This is a tremendously exciting role. The work is broad and stimulating, at the very cutting edge of this field. The company is also highly successful and growing quickly, which will lead to career opportunities in the future.

Applicants must be either UK, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand qualified, with up to 4 years' PQE gained at a highly regarded international law firm. Experience in aviation certification in Europe through EAZA is a plus, but not necessarily required.

Remuneration: £100k + Bonus + benefits.
