Shipping Counsel - International P&I Club

An international P&I club is looking to hire a Legal Counsel for their offices in London.

This is not a claims management role. The work is a stimulating mix of general commercial work, dry shipping and FD&D work (charterparty disputes, bills of lading disputes and disputes). Applicants with additional regulatory experience (FCA) would be of great interest.

The role offers an excellent work-life balance and a supportive team. It is one of the only P&I clubs which is actually growing, and therefore offers more opportunities and a positive environment to work in.

Applicants must be qualified as solicitors in the UK, and have at least five years' PQE in shipping law, gained either in-house or in private practice.

Remuneration: £80K+
