Well-established and highly regarded L500 law firm seeks to appoint an experienced and well connected Corporate Partner.

Our client has a strong reputation for advising on all facets of UK and cross-border corporate and commercial work. The team handles high quality transactions including corporate M&A, restructurings, reorganisations and financing work on behalf of national clients operating in a range of sectors including manufacturing, renewable energy, transport, health, IT, automotive and agriculture. The team has noted expertise in associated commercial work, advising clients on business contracts including agency, distribution, shareholder, IP, franchising and general commercial contracts.

In line with the firm's succession strategy, the firm is keen to appoint an experienced corporate commercial partner to work with an existing team of some renown. This role would suit an existing partner already practising in the region and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the area from another regional centre or London.

As an experienced corporate dealmaker and/or company commercial specialist, you'll bring proven technical skills including a solid track record of leading on good sized transactions. You'll have demonstrable networking, marketing and business development skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients. The ability to lead others and help drive incremental growth in the corporate commercial team would be of particular interest to the firm's management team.

This is a key role offering a strong partnership platform, high levels of autonomy and client focus as well as an excellent competitive rewards structure.
