We are working with an iconic British heritage brand, famous for decades throughout the world. We are looking to recruit an additional lawyer for the EMEA IP team. The role will have a broad IP remit, both non-contentious and contentious. Examples of the work the team deals with could be product launching agreements, collaboration agreements, marketing and licensing agreements, assignments and brand protection matters, as well as IP transfer usage rates matters, settlement agreements etc.

This is a team of IP specialists, who set the global IP strategy and work with the best external lawyers globally. Reporting to the Head of IP, EMEA you will be passionate about IP and have excellent skills in contract drafting and commercial IP support. We are looking for c. 5-6 years’ PQE but candidates with the right experience either side of this will be considered.
