Typical work covers: trade mark, domain name and design disputes and litigation, including anti-counterfeiting actions. licences and other agreements relating to trade marks, copyright and designs, including merchandising, sponsorship and franchise agreements. the management and protection of our clients' global trade mark portfolios. conducting trade mark registry proceedings. digital media and platform liability. copyright and database rights, including music publishing and performance agreements, film and TV rights, moral rights and commissioning agreements. sports law, including image rights, sponsorship, regulations and corporate governance. corporate IP support in the context of M&A and investments, IP portfolio and catalogue transactions, security and charges on IP. advertising advice including ASA complaints, advertising and media planning agreements. publishing, print and new media matters, including defamation and privacy, copy clearance advice, website scraping.
