Commercial Litigation (3yrs+) - Bermuda

Leading offshore firm seeks an accomplished litigator for its highly regarded Bermuda office. We are interested in hearing from Barristers or Solicitors with exceptional academic qualifications, admitted to practice in a common law jurisdiction, and possessing a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial disputes. Proficiency in insolvency and restructuring would be highly advantageous.

This role involves working on both international and domestic cases, encompassing corporate, commercial, and civil disputes, as well as banking, financial services, trusts litigation, fraud, asset tracing claims, and regulatory investigations, disputes, and advisory work.

The successful candidate will be expected to handle the carriage of multiple files, confidently engage with clients and onshore counsel, and play a prominent role in shaping the future of the practice.
