Commercial Litigation Associate - British Virgin Islands

Pre-eminent offshore law firm seeks exceptional disputes lawyer for its expanding BVI practice. Applicants will have c4-6yrs experience (England & Wales) developed with a leading law firm or with a prominent commercial / chancery set. Outstanding academics are a must, as will be hands on experience of complex commercial litigation, ideally to include civil fraud and asset tracing, enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards, lender enforcement, trust litigation, regulatory, corporate restructuring and insolvency matters.

Working closely with colleagues across the litigation team in the BVI and across international offices, the successful candidate will enjoy immediate responsibility for a wide range of challenging and high profile work   This is a demanding role carrying commensurate financial rewards, which will offer every opportunity to demonstrate your long-term potential.
