A leading offshore law firm in Luxembourg is actively seeking high-calibre funds lawyers to join their expanding team. The ideal candidates will have 1-6 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in a top-tier law firm, and be admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or eligible for registration on List IV.
Applicants must demonstrate strong academic achievements and possess exceptional written communication and drafting skills. Furthermore, the successful candidates should exhibit outstanding technical capabilities, the aptitude to foster relationships with clients and colleagues, and the ability to excel in a collaborative team setting. Fluency in English is a requirement, and proficiency in either French or German is also necessary. Candidates must have the right to reside and work in Luxembourg.
Responsibilities for this role include advising clients on a broad range of matters, with a specific focus on Luxembourg fund formation, legal and regulatory compliance, and restructuring of investment vehicles. You will work with a diverse client base consisting of both domestic and international clients. Engaging in business development activities and promoting the firm's services to seek new opportunities for work and cross-selling will also be expected.
