We're collaborating with a prestigious offshore firm to find an outstanding litigator to join their thriving Cayman office.
About the opportunity: In this role, you'll be an integral part of a team that specialises in handling high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes. These matters encompass a wide range of areas, including insolvency and restructuring, fraud, financial products and services, private equity, and boardroom and shareholder disagreements. The team is known for tailoring its approach to meet client objectives while minimising disruptions to their business operations.
Qualifications: To be considered, you should be admitted to practice in the Cayman Islands or a qualifying Commonwealth jurisdiction. Ideally, you'll have between 3-7 years of PQE, although we welcome applications from candidates with slightly more experience. A strong academic background and prior experience in a recognised offshore or onshore law practice are prerequisites. Lawyers with exposure to complex cross-border disputes and insolvency matters will be of particular interest.
