The Role

This firm are looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor at the Associate level to join their growing team in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

The team find that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up relationships of trust and mutual respect. Their experience of local services such as mediation, coupled with a sound knowledge of the law, means that they are leaders in their field.

You will gain great experience dealing with Corporate Commercial matters working directly alongside one of the region's most reputable, experienced partners. The firm specialises in M&A's, Joint Ventures, Commercial Contracts, Sales & Purchases and more.

Requirements:

• You be 3+ years PQE working in a Corporate / Commercial department or have completed a training seat in this practice area.
• You will have a great eye for detail
• Be ambitious and dynamic and have an eye for detail.
