Corporate Associate (2-7 PQE) – BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS

A new vacancy has arisen within the corporate practice of this major offshore firm in the BVI. The role promises a wide range of top quality cross border corporate and private equity transactions as well as a very small amount of investment funds work. 

Candidates MUST be UK admitted, possess strong academics and have experience working in top tier corporate practices. Candidates must also be detail oriented, possess excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to prioritize a busy workload with clients across multiple time zones. 

A very attractive offshore package is on offer and will be paid commensurate with experience. Income tax paid by the employee in the BVI is just 8% and the cost of living is relatively lower than the other major financial centers in the region.
