Offshore Legal is now seeking a top tier city associate for a major client's corporate practice. The team specialises in equity related issues and regularly advise on M&A/JV transactions, private equity, shareholders agreements, corporate restructures, listings, as well as more general commercial issues. Due to the nature of the jurisdiction, associates can also expect to gain exposure to a wide range of investment funds related work.
