The role:

This top-tier practice is looking to appoint an Agricultural Property Associate 3+ years PQE into their top-flight practice in Bristol.

You will be joining one of the largest agricultural property practices in the UK, fielding an industry-renowned team that has been providing specialist legal services to farming and rural affairs clients for decades. They have strong links across the whole agricultural sector and sit on multiple industry panels and associations.

They are looking to welcome an Associate who has a sound understanding of rural landlord and tenant work and the wider agriculture/landed estates sector. Additional experience with partnerships, the taxation of farming businesses and estates, commercial farming agreements, and agricultural workers tenancies would be advantageous.
