Legal Counsel - Construction Contracts

Our client, who are one of the UK's market leaders in the Renewable Energy sector, has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Lawyer to join their team in Lancashire.

The successful candidate will be handing general construction agreements and general non-contentious construction matters. These include:

• Working on contract negotiations with customers and supplier/subcontractors to agree mutually acceptable contract terms.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and energy contracts and more.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with up to 2 years' PQE, although our client would consider a trained Paralegal as long as the candidate has relevant, extensive legal experience.
