This leading offshore and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further junior-level to mid-level Associate to join their thriving and market leading Corporate & Funds practice on Guernsey. The position will entail a broad array of top-level transactional work across these areas, including a full range of Corporate M&A, capital raising and restructuring mandates, as well as high-end Fund formations, transactional and related advisory work. Their funds activity focusses particularly on major deals involving the international private equity and venture capital sectors, including large-scale private, real estate and ESG funds, regularly acting alongside the Magic/Silver circle and other top international law firms. Applicants will need to have high-level relevant Corporate and/or Funds experience, ideally gained within a major offshore, UK or Commonwealth law firm; applications from generalist Corporate lawyers with an interest in broadening into Funds are also very much encouraged; prior Funds experience, while beneficial, isn't essential.
