My client is a niche corporate boutique, set up by a lawyer who trained in the City and who has grown a diverse corporate / commercial practice, mostly for entrepreneurs, small, fast growing companies who value a highly personalised legal offering.   Clients include restaurant chains, other companies in the hospitality sector, fashion designers and university spin outs. 

The practice has grown to a point where in order to expand further an additional lawyer is needed.  The work will be a spread of both corporate and commercial and you will be properly mentored and supervised to develop in to a first rate commercial lawyer.  With a very reasonable target of four hours billable a day, you will have the work / life balance often unachievable in bigger law firms and a true variety of work, not running from one corporate deal to the next!
