Trust & Private Wealth (NQ – 1yr PQE) – Jersey

We are currently in collaboration with a prestigious offshore law firm to identify exceptional candidates for their market leading Trust & Private Wealth practice in Jersey. Their team specialises in representing a diverse clientele that includes professional trustees, private individuals, families, financial institutions, and charities, actively advising on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious matters.

As an Associate in their dynamic team you will have the chance to make a significant impact. You'll be at the forefront of building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and fellow advisors. Your work will span a broad spectrum, offering opportunities for growth and development within a firm that is going from strength to strength, globally.

To be considered you will need to be newly qualified (or soon to be qualified) and admitted in an offshore, UK, or recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction with a genuine passion for trusts and private wealth practice. Those with up to 1yrs post-qualification experience are also encouraged to apply. In all cases you should possess a strong background in non-contentious and semi-contentious private client work, including:

• Trust and supplemental deed drafting
• Will drafting
• Trust law analysis and advisory work
• Probate applications
• Wealth structuring
• Family office planning and restructuring exercises

While previous offshore experience is advantageous, it's not essential, as our client provides comprehensive training to ensure your ongoing success.
