At Bournemouth University, we have a fantastic new opportunity for a senior solicitor to join our friendly, experienced and supportive in-house Legal Services and Corporate Governance team. You will be someone with sufficient legal knowledge and experience to quickly grasp new and emerging areas of specialism as required by the University’s diverse remit. You will advise the University on a range of legal matters (for example, IT, procurement and related contracts, with some estates support) and draw upon your contract drafting and negotiation skills and experience to primarily support our professional services teams with software license agreements, cloud computing agreements, IT professional services agreements, framework agreements, tenders, awards and other related contracts.
