Complex Litigation Associate - British Virgin Islands

Pre-eminent offshore law firm seeks exceptional disputes lawyer for its expanding BVI practice.

Applicants will have c4-6yrs experience (England & Wales qualified) developed with a leading law firm or prominent commercial/chancery set. Outstanding academics are a must, as will be hands-on experience of complex commercial litigation, ideally to include civil fraud and asset tracing, enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards, lender enforcement, trust litigation, regulatory, corporate restructuring, and insolvency matters.

Working closely with colleagues across the litigation team in the BVI and international offices, the successful candidate will enjoy immediate responsibility for a wide range of challenging and high profile work. The confidence to work independently when required will be essential while strong interpersonal skill and natural affinity to working within a close knit team would be extremely advantageous.
