The department is heavily litigation and insolvency bias - and so should you be. The practice is widely known for having the best experience and partners in both international and domestic cases, including corporate, commercial and civil disputes, banking, financial services and trusts litigation, fraud and asset tracing claims and regulatory investigations, disputes and advisory work. You may be an associate or even already a partner from the City or a locally based practice in Br; either way, you will love working with this known collegiate law firm.
