Our client, a highly regarded national firm, are looking for a Real Estate/Agricultural Property solicitor at either an Associate, Senior Associate or Principal Associate level.

You will be working in the Food and Agribusiness sector where you will undertake a wide range of Real Estate work including Sale and purchase of agricultural land, farms and estates, Land development schemes, Agricultural and business tenancies, Farming partnerships, Renewable energy projects, Mineral leases and Refinancing transactions for landowners and businesses operating in the rural sector.

You will benefit from having plenty of direct client contact with a wide range of clients from farmers, corporates, investors in land, trustees and owners of landed estates to charities and other rural property owners.

Candidates will be considered from 2+ years PQE, more senior candidates will need to have 5+ years PQE. Agricultural experience would be an advantage but is not essential. You will however be expected to show a keen interest in issues such as food security, energy and natural resources.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in building strong and lasting relationships with clients and will have excellent interpersonal skills.
