Assistant Company Secretary
A not for profit organisation with a very successful flagship product is looking to hire an assistant company secretary as part of it’s growth plan. As part of a small team, you will be supporting board and committee meetings, preparing agendas, creating and collating board packs, taking minutes and following up on action points. You will maintain documentation and calendars and take responsibility for the administration of various entities. You will assist with the statutory registers, filing of documents and support corporate transactions as required. You will be expected to pitch in and become an essential part of a very cohesive team.
For this position, we are looking for someone with the ICSA or equivalent qualification and at least 2 years working experience. Financial services experience is not essential but would be welcomed.
