Our client is a leading national practice with an increasingly international profile and with significant growth ambitions in the North, this is a great time to join.

This commercial role arises in the Manchester office and sits within a larger projects focussed team dealing with their ever growing roster of major infrastructure, transport, health, government, energy and utilities clients.

The work is fantastic and hugely varied and the significant depth allows its junior to gain experience across many different areas which can include corporate infrastructure and energy transactions, large scale procurement projects as well as broad real estate infrastructure.

Despite carrying the title projects, the reality is that the work has commercial contracts at its heart which will provide the essential grounding for the in-house lawyers of the future.

Given the diverse nature of the work the team is open to differing levels and kinds of experience. The most obvious synergy of experience sits with those from a commercial contracts background but equally any area where key contract drafting plays a part will also be of interest such as banking, construction or corporate.

Our client is open to considering those from 1 up to around 4 years PQE however given the scope for further work and growth you are encouraged to apply if you have a strong underlying commercial contracts skill set.
