A leading international law firm with a strong reputation across corporate and funds related transactions is actively seeking to expand its presence in Singapore. They are currently searching for an associate with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience to join their highly regarded team.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience, including exposure to commonwealth jurisdictions such as Singapore.
• Specialisation in general corporate/M&A and/or equity capital markets work from a reputable international law firm.
• Strong academic background with an international focus.
• Proficiency in relevant legal skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the pertinent market and client industries.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to business development, and outstanding written and oral communication abilities.
• Solid analytical capabilities.

While experience working in Singapore or other Asian jurisdictions is preferred, it is not obligatory. This role offers a unique chance to further your career in a dynamic and globally recognised legal environment.
