Senior Regulatory Associate – Bermuda

We have been instructed on a compelling opportunity for an aspiring regulatory lawyer to join one of the leading law firms in Hamilton, Bermuda.

In this role, the successful individual will be advising clients on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters to include BMA licensing and registration, economic substance, data protection, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, FATCA and CRS, and administrative fines.  With approximately 7-10 years post qualified experience you will either be on island or looking to relocate permanently from overseas. 

In all cases applicants will need to be admitted in a qualifying commonwealth jurisdiction, evidence a strong academic pedigree and stable career history within a regulatory team at a top tier international firm. Robust, meticulous, and articulate, the successful candidate will be comfortable taking immediate client responsibility, working with colleagues across multiple offices in advising on complex cross-border transactions.
