As a Serious Injury Team Leader, working alongside our Team Manager, your role involves:

* Supervising caseloads efficiently
* Offering mentorship & training to the team
* Meeting operational and performance goals

Candidate Profile
We are scouting for an individual who:

* Holds extensive expertise in Personal Injury/RTA Law (8+ years)
* Has a background in multi-track claims from £25,000 to £200,000+
* Demonstrates prowess in supervision, feedback sessions, personal development strategy, and performance evaluations
* Is adept in the latest legislation, rules, and protocols related to injury law
* Balances numerical tasks and prioritizes under pressure
* Exhibits strong leadership and inspiring team collaboration skills
* Communicates effectively with both teams and clients
* Is proficient in digital case management systems and IT solutions
* Shows flexibility, innovative problem-solving, and openness to technology advancements
