You will have excellent analytical and drafting skills, flexibility to work with different team members on a range of a range of matters, excellent client handling skills and ability to nurture relationships and a strong pull to the region to work in a company that little bit different to a law firm. This lead partner and team is one of the leading teams in the area and as such is searching not only for the best recruit, but also someone that is going to 'fit it' with its culture and staff.
