The role:
Opportunity for a TMT Associate 2-5 years PQE to progress within a leading commercial team in Bristol.
This team acts for a variety of organisations within public and private sectors, delivering advice on contentious and non-contentious tech, media, commercial and IP work.
You will work across a broad range of commercial contracts and demonstrate outstanding drafting and negotiation skills. With the support and guidance of senior lawyers, you will be given a platform to work with clients directly and manage relationships.
Prior experience with big-ticket commercial work will put you on a solid footing for managing projects for major commercial organisations in sectors including tech, media, retail, regulatory and insurance.
The ideal candidate:
- TMT Associate 2-5 years PQE with experience in a city, national or large regional firm
- An understanding and interest in retail, sports and/or technology sectors
- Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
