Outstanding opportunity for a talented Commercial Solicitor to join the legal team of an iconic luxury automotive brand. Based out of their West Midlands site, you'll play a key part in offering robust legal advice to this high-profile business. If you are actively or open to exploring the market, then this role should not be missed.
Ideally, you'll be a skilled Commercial Solicitor with 2-3 years PQE from either a private practice or in-house background within the commercial contracts and legal compliance disciplines. Desirably, but not essentially, you'll be familiar with M & A transactions, corporate disposals, reorganisations and company secretarial matters.
Joining an agile, collegiate team, your communication skills must be first rate as you relay complex matters in a clear and concise manner to those across the organisation, including at board director level. A natural team player with a clear passion for industry, you'll be adept at seamlessly managing a hugely varied workload to a consistently high quality.
